Intended for use in anti-aircraft defense, this other version of the "Puma" was produced from June 1944 in numbers of 200 (163 in '44 and 37 in '45).
 The open turret of this armored vehicle mounts a 2 cm Kwk 38L/55 cannon and a coaxial MG 42. The top of the turret is fitted with a wire mesh frame to protect the crew from grenades.
