History of the 7.5 cm IG 18 cannon

The 7.5 cm IeIG 18 Canon (in German Leichtes Infanterie-Geschütz 18) is a German-made light howitzer used by the Wehrmacht as an infantry support gun during World War II.

  At the time of the Polish campaign, the Wehrmacht had 3,000 examples of the 7.5 cm le.IG in stock, which were produced until 1945, a total of 8,266 pieces.

The 7.5 cm leichtes Infanteriegeschütz 18 (7.5 cm le.IG 18) was an infantry support gun of the German Wehrmacht used during World War II.
