History of the Brockway C666 truck with backhoe
It was in 1851 that George Brockway created his company, and the company began its activities by making wagons. In 1912, the Brockway Motor Truck Co., based in Cortland, New York, United States, manufactured its first truck with a chain drive and open cab.
After the war, truck models with payloads of 1.5 and 3 tons appeared, with a closed cabin and 4-cylinder Continental gasoline engines, and also a worm screw transmission.
